DELIVERY:

1/For our standard products 30 days on receipt of buyers L/C or confirmation of buyers order.
2/ In special cases, by bigger orders we are setting delivery-program.

The exact delivery terms will be given by order confrimation.
Part deliveries are also possible.

PAYMENT:

1/By confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight or
2/ In advance with 3 % cassa sconto.

Agreed terms of payment are always valid. We reserve
ownership rights for the entire delivery until payment has
been made. Delated payment results in default interest.

DISCOUNT:

Depends on order amount. The hight of this discount depends also on form and organisation of collaboration.

0 - 10 000,00 EUR - 0 %
10 001,00 - 20 000,00 EUR - 5 %
20 001,00 - 50 000,00 EUR - 10 %
50 001,00 - 100 000,00 EUR - 15 %
100 001,00 - 200 000,00 EUR - 20 %
200 000,00 -and more - special agreement

PARITY:

CIF, CIP, only for shipment over 100.000,00 EUR (or one/1 full container)

EX WORKS: for all other shipments if not agreed otherwise.

GOODS ORIGIN: Croatia - will be supplied if required for.

CERTIFIKATE: EUR - 1, FORMA

PACKING:

Our standard packing.
All our products are packed and wrapped in paper and then in carton boxes.
According cutomer wishes we are preparing to develop other packing.
These costs will be separately agreed.

MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR ETCHING:
